After spending over 20 years in the high-pressure world of the City, Ching made a midlife career change to pursue her passion for health and fitness. Her own journey inspires her mission: to help women discover their inner and outer strength through the transformative power of movement.
Specialising in strength training, Ching helps women build physical power, resilience and confidence while fostering a strong mind-body connection. Her sessions combine strength and mobility work with mindful practices, creating a holistic and enjoyable approach to fitness. She focuses on supporting women through key life transitions—including midlife and menopause—providing tailored guidance to meet their unique needs.
