Cassie’s journey into personal training began 20 years ago, inspired by her own experience as a gym member. Witnessing the transformative role a trainer played in her fitness journey ​sparked a passion and set her on a new career path. Since then, she has embraced a wide range of sports—from cycling to boxing to weightlifting—continually expanding her knowledge and skills.
