Beth is an experienced coach whose personal journey into strength training has been truly transformative. Initially, gym workouts felt like a chore to her—a box to tick, driven by common misconceptions around body image. But as Beth delved deeper into strength training and powerlifting, she discovered a new perspective: instead of chasing the idea of "shrinking herself," she could focus on growing stronger and confidently embracing her space.

This shift ignited Beth’s passion for strength training. Her coaching approach is grounded in kindness and empathy and she tailors her guidance to meet the unique needs of each individual. With her expertise in form and technique, Beth helps members build strength safely, minimise the risk of injury and discover how to use their bodies in powerful, empowering ways. She meets people where they are and is passionate about unlocking their full potential.
