  • Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.

  • Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, counting to 4.

  • Hold your breath for a count of 7.

  • Slowly exhale through your mouth, counting to 8.

  • Repeat the cycle 3-4 times.

  • Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.

  • Focus your attention on your body, starting at the top of your head and working your way down.

  • Move down your body, paying attention to each part, until you reach your feet.

  • Take a few deep breaths and then slowly open your eyes.
