We encourage you to come to sessions exactly as you are, wherever you may be on your journey to fitness. Our expert trainers can offer variations for each movement to accommodate all abilities, while making sure everyone gets a good workout.

At Fitology Hub, we foster a strong culture of kindness and care and pride ourselves on being a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ friendly space. As coaches, we always strive to better ourselves and have undertaken in-house training in hypermobility and trauma-informed practice. We are committed to continue to learn and evolve, so we can provide truly personalised support and meet the needs of all our members.

Trust
Building trust is the essence of our training. With trust, we can push you to work hard within the boundaries your body and life have set for you, without going too far too quickly. You can feel safe and secure that we will work with your body, not against it. We understand the unique challenges women face and their myriad barriers to exercise. Our coaching team have worked with women from all walks of life and have supported members through injury and illness, pre and postnatal, IVF treatment, peri and post menopause, and mental health challenges.
